Our modern self-catering luxury apartment is well-furnished, fully air-conditioned and centrally heated.  It overlooks mature gardens, ornamental fish-ponds, sun terraces, and a superb multi-level swimming pool.  The accommodation is imaginatively designed and our apartment faces south towards the Pine Walk.  It has secure bike storage, utility room, electric shutter, electric blind, large balcony, central A/c and heating, and a 70sqm private roof garden with wonderful views from the mountains to the sea.

We offer FREE fast (100Mb/s) WIFI and Nespresso coffee.

There are three bedrooms with one king-size, one double and two single (offset bunk) beds.  All have fitted wardrobes.  The bathroom is ensuite with the master bedroom and there is a "state of the art" family shower room, both with thermostatic showers and nightlights.  Cot and highchair provided.

Bed linen is Egyptian cotton 600 thread sateen, and towels are 900 gram per square metre "Ultimate", the thickest and fluffiest available!  There is a choice of pillows, including goose down and non-allergenic alternatives.

Equipment is comprehensive, well above normal holiday rental standards; CD stereo, integrated 32in HD led tv, UK channels from Samsung HDR, Amazon Fire, soundbar, 100 DVD films, leisure library, Mallorca reference books, Pozzani filtered drinking water, wall safe, luggage scales, weather centre, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, Bosch dishwasher, Bosch fan oven, LG fridge/freezer, and just about every small appliance you can think of....

Unusually, we also try to provide all the little things you may need such as; herbs, spices, oils, vinegars, sauces, sugarcleaning materials, washing machine supplies, dishwasher supplies, soap, toilet rolls, games, beach toys, batteries, charging leads, adaptors, luggage scales, first aid kit, tools, glues, stationery, board games etc.
