The comfortable apartment is set in the exclusive residential area of "Bellresguard" in Puerto Pollensa. It has access to a large three-tier swimming pool with lovely communal gardens set within a gated development.

Sleeps 5 people. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite, the 2nd bedroom has two single beds (that can be made into a double), the 3rd bedroom has a single bed plus a shower room and toilet. A travel cot can be provided.

The lounge and dining room has views across woodland onto the mountains on one side and on the other side onto the communal pool.
There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher and a utility room with a washing machine.

There is a large balcony overlooking woods and with distant mountain views. The balcony is covered and has a large awning so it can be used whatever the weather. The sunsets are often amazing from here.
The Pine Walk and restaurants are a short walk away and there is a well-stocked supermarket/cafe/bakery just 100m from the apartment. It is two minutes’ walk to the beach.
