Our lovely sunny apartment is a short walk from the famous Pine Walk, on one of the most beautiful sandy and safe bays in the Mediterranean. Puerto Pollensa has an international appeal and offers lots of choice, with a large variety of restaurants, bars, and amenities - something to suit all ages and budgets - from ice cream at Café 1919 to fine dining experience, from paddling on the foreshore to hiring a yacht.

Our apartment is managed and serviced. Being well maintained, you can drop your bags on arrival and settle into your holiday experience so you can quickly enjoy all that the apartment and location have to offer. Benefitting from both air conditioning and heating in all areas it's easy to feel comfortable during your holiday, whatever the climate or the time of year. 

 

The apartment is in an elevated position in the development and one of only a few apartments that offer both panoramic sea and mountain views. Being located at the rear of the development offers a quieter location.  You will have sole use of the roof terrace and at 75 square meters, it offers plenty of private space. It benefits from a built-in BBQ, washbasin, an outside shower, and garden area. For sun lovers there are sun loungers and shading can be provided under the pergola with retractable awning. A large wooden dining table and chairs provide a perfect area for al fresco dining and a separate seating area with cushioned chairs is very comfortable to use whilst enjoying your afternoon coffee and cake or prosecco and nibbles!

 

In the apartment, the lounge offers access to the balcony which directly overlooks the stunning 3-tiered swimming pool, sun terrace with loungers, landscaped gardens, ponds and resident fish and terrapins. The balcony offers a further dining table, chairs and retractable awning, perfect at any time of the day, but ideal for lazy breakfasts!  

 

Should you choose to dine in then the apartment provides the perfect venue! The kitchen/dining and lounge area are open-plan. The kitchen is fully supplied with plenty of pots/pans, food preparation bowls and serving dishes. Equipment includes; overhead extractor fan, dishwasher (wash tabs provided), large fridge freezer, microwave (new), electric oven and hob, toaster, toastie maker, lolly moulds! Now, shall we eat inside, on the balcony, or roof?
