Set in landscaped gardens with excellent 3 tier swimming pool and sun terrace. The large lounge/dining room is decorated to a high standard with a tastefully modern feel. Leading to a quality furnished balcony overlooking the Parc De Boquer and with superb mountain views. There are the most wonderful sunsets over the mountains.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has single bed. There is also a family shower room. The apartment sleeps 5 people.
The kitchen is stylish and modern and leads to a well-equipped utility room.
The balcony has blinds on both sides and a shady quiet spot to relax on hot afternoons. As it is also covered, the soft cushions can be left out and the space enjoyed even if you are unlucky enough to have a light shower.
The setting is peaceful and parking is easy. The Pine Walk is just a minute's walk from the apartment and it still takes my breath away every time I walk down to it.
